Dr. Zivcic graduated from Ross University in 1991 with his DVM degree. He practiced in New York after graduation before returning back to practice in Niagara, Ontario. He came to Woodstock in 1994, where he took over the Woodstock Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Zivcic and his wife Ronnie have 2 boys, Nick and Andy, a dog named Zuta and two cats.
Dr. Duschinsky completed a BSc in microbiology and immunology at McGill University in 1993. She then continued in school to become a Veterinarian at the University of Guelph graduating in 1998. Since graduation she has worked in a number of small animal clinics including Guelph Animal Hospital and Etobicoke Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Duschinsky has spent 2 years working as an emergency Veterinarian in emergency clinics. Dr. Duschinsky lives in Cambridge with her two boys, 3 step kids, 1 dog and 2 cats. She enjoys the drive from Cambridge as a time to unwind and listen to audio books. If she can find time she loves being outdoors, yoga and running with the dog
Dr. DeVries completed a BSc degree in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph in 2001. He then continued in school to obtain his DVM degree at the University of Guelph, graduating in 2006. Dr. DeVries practiced both large and small animal medicine after graduation, with a focus on small animal medicine and surgery. He lives with his wife Robin, his twins Aiden and Emma and his youngest son, Owen. He currently only has one cat named Hannah, but would like to add more furry friends to the household, if Hannah would agree to it!
Dr. Hofstede graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2004 after completing a Bachelor of Science in Zoology at the University of Guelph. After graduation she worked at a 24 hour practice for 2 years before joining the team at Woodstock Veterinary Hospital. She enjoys the company of her many fur babies at home as well as her husband Dean.
